Danmoto Carbon GP Slip on Exhaust with Remote Sound Control System. The new Danmoto Remote Sound Control System (Patent Pending) allows you to adjust the noise level of your exhaust system while you're riding. Our Carbon GP mufflers perform nicely, look and sound great and also help you to drop a lot of weight of your bike. But the great sound is sometimes a little bit too much. Maybe you use your bike to commute, leave home early in the morning and you don't want to disturb your neighbors...

Or you want a louder exhaust when you're riding on the twisties, but a more quiet sound when you're driving in the city. There are many situations where a loud exhaust might be not appropriate, but you also don't want to drive around with a quiet muffler all the time. Normally that would require exchanging your exhaust or installing/removing a baffle every time you want to change the sound level of your bike. Our new RSC System allows you to do so during you're riding.

This Carbon GP muffler has been equipped with the RSC, which means it has 2 internal baffles, which are stepless adjustable in position. The two baffles are linked and controlled by an adjuster wheel, which is on a separate hand control unit.

The hand control and the exhaust system are linked by a bowden cable. Please see the video below for an in depth explanation about how the system works. The exhaust system is build to the same standard as the normal Carbon GP.

It as a real 12K Carbon Fiber sleeve with a high gloss finish, but also an internal aluminium shielding for a long lifetime. The mid pipe, endcaps and the complete baffle system of the exhaust all all made of 304 Stainless Steel. The hand control unit is CNC cut Billet Aluminium. One muffler weights about 1.3kg. This is a massive weight reduction compared against the stock muffler. Installation of this exhaust requires no fueling adjustments/tuning. Hundreds of happy customers uploaded videos of our exhausts on their bikes. The exhaust sounds the same as our standard Carbon GP, when the baffle is fully open. When you close the baffle it tones down the exhaust, comparable as it would do it when you install a removable baffle/DB Killer. You can adjust the baffle to anywhere from Fully Open to Fully closed.

2 How does it affect performance if i close the baffle? The exhaust offers a good performance increase over stock, when you run it in "Open" mode. The more you close the baffle, the more you also reduce the flow and increase pressure in the exhaust. When fully closed you still get a performance result comparable to the stock exhaust. 3 How long is the Bowden Cable?

The cable is 2m long. That's rather long, in order to give you full flexibility in choosing a mounting position. If that's too long for the position you have chosen you can route the cable in a circle behind the fairing or under the fuel tank.

Our Danmoto Exhausts come without Bungs for O2 sensors. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
