This exhaust is NOT road legal in the EU. After installation, our product does not require re-mapping or adjustment. Therefore, it is always recommended to dyno test after fitting replacement parts on your bike.

Merchandise is only shipped once payment is settled. All parcels require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign.

We ship to a large majority of destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, but there are some exceptions that our carriers do not serve. We never ship to a PO Box.

We dispatch goods within 24 hours of payment. Saturday delivery is sometimes possible, but an additional cost applies.

The parcel is sent by courier, DPD, DHL, or UPS depending on the product's dimensions and weight. Zone 1 Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Austria, Denmark. 3 to 5 Working Days. Zone 2 Croatia, Czech Republic, Iceland, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Montenegro, Norway, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania.

4 to 7 Working Days. Zone 3 USA, Canada, Australia, Africa, South America.

Up to 10 Working Days. You can return goods that are found to be unsuitable for a refund, credit, or exchange, provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt. This is subject to the following conditions. You arrange the return and pay the return costs. The product is returned in a condition that it can be resold as new. To request a refund, the returned product has not been used and is in its original condition.

The product is returned with all its original and undamaged packaging (we reserve the right to apply fees for damaged or missing packaging replacement). A product returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking fee of at least 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not accept the return of a product that is specially ordered for you, or is custom made to your specifications.

Any return must provide the sender's name, address, and account number, the order number (all visible on the provided invoice), and the reason for the return. Please assist us in helping you. We do not accept liability for a return that does not reach the destination. Please keep your proof of postage, as you may need it in case of a claim against your chosen carrier. Delkevic LTD does not accept liability for labor costs for fitting, or dismantling a product that is presumably incorrect (or ordered/supplied incorrectly).

Please notify Delkevic LTD within 5 days of receipt for any quantity or transit damage issues. We regret that, after this period, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will no longer be able to progress your claim. Summary of your main rights. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) states that, up to 14 days after receiving goods, in most cases, you can change your mind and request a full refund.

The Consumer Rights Regulations 2015 state that goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. During the anticipated lifespan of the product, you can expect the following. Up to 30 days: if the goods are faulty, you can request a refund. Up to six months: if the fault cannot be rectified or the product replaced, then you are entitled to a full refund in most cases. Up to six years: if the product does not last for a reasonable period, you can request a partial refund.
