Every package requires a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that someone is available to sign. We ship to the majority of destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, but there are some exceptions that our carriers do not serve. We never ship to a P.

We ship goods within 24 hours of payment. Saturday delivery is sometimes possible, but an additional charge applies. The package is sent via courier, DPD, DHL, or UPS depending on the size and weight of the product.

Delkevic LTD does not accept responsibility for the costs of fitting or uninstalling products that are presumably incorrect (or ordered/supplied incorrectly). Please report to Delkevic LTD within 5 days of receipt for any issues with quantity or transit damage. We regret that after this period, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will no longer be in a position to progress your claim. Summary of your main rights.
