Goods are shipped only once payment has cleared.

Every parcel requires a signature upon delivery, so please make sure someone is available to sign. We ship to most destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, but there are some exceptions that our carriers do not serve.

We never ship to a P.

We dispatch goods within 24 hours of payment. Saturday delivery is sometimes possible, but an additional charge applies. Parcels are sent by courier, DPD, DHL, or UPS depending on the product’s size and weight.

Zone 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Austria, Denmark. 3 to 5 working days.

Zone 2: Croatia, Czech Republic, Iceland, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Montenegro, Norway, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania. 4 to 7 working days.

Zone 3: USA, Canada, Australia, Africa, South America. Up to 10 working days.

You may return goods that prove to be unsuitable for a refund, credit, or exchange, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt. This is subject to the following conditions.

You arrange the return and pay the return shipping costs. The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold as new.

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must not have been used and must be in its original condition. The product must be returned with all original packaging in good condition (we reserve the right to charge for replacement of damaged or defaced packaging).

A product returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking fee of at least 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We do not accept returns of products that are specially ordered for you or manufactured specifically to your specifications.

Any return must include the sender’s name, address, and account number, the order number (clearly visible on the supplied invoice), and the reason for the return. Please help us to help you.

We accept no responsibility for returns that do not reach the destination. Please keep proof of postage, as you will need it in the event of a claim against your chosen carrier.

Delkevic LTD accepts no responsibility for labor costs for fitting or removing a product that is believed to be incorrect (or incorrectly ordered/supplied). Please notify Delkevic LTD within 5 days of receipt of any quantity issues or transit damage. We regret that after this period, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will no longer be able to progress your claim.
