Merchandise is only shipped once payment is settled. All packages require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign. We ship to a large majority of destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, but there are some exceptions where our carriers do not serve.

We never ship to a PO Box. We dispatch goods within 24 hours of payment. Saturday delivery is sometimes possible, but an additional cost applies. This is subject to the following conditions. You arrange the return and cover the return costs. The product is returned in a condition that it can be resold as a new product. In order to request a refund, the returned product has not been used and is in its original condition. The product is returned with all its original packaging and in good condition (we reserve the right to apply fees for damaged or erased packaging replacement).

A product returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not accept returns of products that are specially ordered for you or made to your specifications.

Any return must provide the sender's name, address, and account number, the order number (all visible on the provided invoice), and the reason for the return. Please assist us in helping you. We do not accept liability for a return that does not reach its destination. Please keep your proof of postage, as you may need it in case of a claim against your chosen carrier. Please notify Delkevic LTD within 5 days of receipt of any quantity or transit damage issues.
