Every package requires a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that someone is available to sign. We ship to a majority of destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, but there are some exceptions that our carriers do not service.

We never ship to a P. We ship the goods within 24 hours of payment. Saturday delivery is sometimes possible, but an additional cost applies. The package is shipped via courier, DPD, DHL, or UPS depending on the dimensions and weight of the product.

The product is returned in a condition that it can be sold again as new. To request a refund, the returned product has not been used, and is in its original condition. A product returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not accept returns of products that are specially ordered for you or made to your specifications.

Delkevic LTD does not accept responsibility for installation labor costs, nor for the removal of presumably incorrect products (or ordered/supplied incorrectly). Please report to Delkevic LTD within 5 days of receipt for any quantity or shipping damage issues.
