Merchandise is shipped only when payment is settled. Every package requires a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that someone is available to sign.

We ship to the majority of destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, but there are some exceptions where our carriers do not deliver. We never ship to a P. We ship the merchandise within 24 hours of payment.

Saturday delivery is sometimes possible, but an additional charge applies. The package is sent via courier, DPD, DHL, or UPS depending on the dimensions and weight of the product.

Zone 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Austria, Denmark. 3 to 5 Business Days.

Up to 10 Business Days. You can return merchandise that is found to be unsuitable for a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt.

This is subject to the following conditions. You arrange the return and pay the return shipping costs.

The product is returned in a condition that it can be resold as new. To request a refund, the returned product has not been used and is in its original condition.

The product is returned with all its original packaging and in good condition (we reserve the right to apply fees for replacing damaged or defaced packaging). A product returned after 14 days of receipt may be subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 10%.

This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not accept returns of products that are specially ordered for you or made to your specifications. Any return must include the name, address, and account number of the sender, the order number (all visible on the invoice provided), and the reason for the return. Please assist us in helping you.

We do not accept responsibility for a return that does not arrive at the destination. Please keep your proof of posting, as you will need it in case of a claim against your chosen carrier.

Delkevic LTD is not responsible for the cost of labor for fitting or removing incorrectly supplied products (or ordered/supplied in error). Please report to Delkevic LTD within 5 days of receipt for any issues with quantity or damage in transit. We regret that after this period, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will no longer be in a position to progress your claim.
