Please inquire locally before ordering our product. All Delkevic products carry a 5-year warranty. After installation, our product does not require re-mapping or adjustment. Therefore, we always recommend dyno testing after fitting replacement parts on your motorcycle.

Merchandise is only shipped once payment is settled. Every parcel requires a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign. We ship to a large number of destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, but there are some exceptions where our carriers do not deliver. We never ship to a PO Box.

We ship the merchandise within 24 hours of payment. Saturday delivery is sometimes possible, but an additional cost applies. The parcel is sent via courier, DPD, DHL, or UPS depending on the product's dimensions and weight. Zone 1 Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Ireland, Austria, Denmark. 3 to 5 Working Days. Up to 10 Working Days. You can return merchandise that is deemed unsuitable for a refund, credit, or exchange, provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt. This is subject to the following conditions: You arrange the return and pay the return costs. The product is returned in a condition that it can be resold as new.

To request a refund, the returned product has not been used and is in its original condition. The product is returned with all its original packaging and in good condition (we reserve the right to apply a fee for damaged or missing packaging). We do not accept the return of products that are specially ordered for you, or are custom-made to your specifications. Delkevic LTD accepts no liability for the cost of fitting or removing products that were ordered or supplied incorrectly. Please notify Delkevic LTD within 5 days of receipt of any quantity or transit damage issues. We regret that, after this period, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will no longer be able to progress your claim.
