This exhaust is NOT legal for road use in the EU. Please note that for any product purchased for use outside the UK, we cannot guarantee and/or advise on its application or compliance with local legislation in the destination country, such as 'E' marking or 'TüV' approval.

Please check locally before ordering our product. Every Delkevic product comes with a 12-month warranty. After installation, our product does not require remapping or adjustment. However, we always recommend having a dyno test after fitting replacement parts on your motorcycle.

All packages require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that someone is available to sign. We ship goods within 24 hours of payment. Saturday delivery is sometimes feasible, but an extra charge applies. You arrange the return and pay the return costs. The product is returned in a condition that it can be resold as new.

To request a refund, the returned product has not been used, and it is in original condition. The product is returned with all its original packaging and in good condition (we reserve the right to charge for replacing damaged or defaced packaging). A product returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking fee of at least 10%.

This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not accept returns of products that are specially ordered for you, or made to your specifications.

All returns must include the name, address, and account number of the sender, the order number (all visible on the invoice provided), and the reason for the return. Please assist us in helping you.

We do not accept responsibility for a return that does not arrive at the destination. Please keep your proof of postage, as you will need it in case of a claim against your chosen carrier.

Delkevic LTD does not accept responsibility for the costs of installation labor, nor disassembly of product that is possibly incorrect (or ordered/supplied incorrectly). Please report to Delkevic LTD within 5 days of receipt for any quantity or transit damage issues. We regret that after this period, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will no longer be able to process your claim.
