However, we always recommend conducting a dyno test after installing replacement parts on your motorcycle.

Every package requires a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign. We ship to a majority of destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, but there are a few exceptions that our carriers do not serve. We never ship to a P.

We ship goods within 24 hours of payment. Saturday delivery is sometimes possible, but an additional cost applies.

Packages are sent via courier or by post depending on the dimensions and weight of the product. Zone 1 Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Austria, Denmark. 3 to 5 Working Days.

Zone 2 Croatia, Czech Republic, Iceland, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Montenegro, Norway, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania. 4 to 7 Working Days. Zone 3 USA, Canada, Australia, Africa, South America.

Up to 10 Working Days. You can return goods that prove unsuitable for a refund, credit, or exchange, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt. This is subject to the following conditions. You arrange the return and pay the return shipping costs. The product is returned in a condition that it can be resold as new. To request a refund, the returned product must not have been used and must be in its original condition. The product is returned with all its original packaging and in good condition (we reserve the right to charge for replacement of damaged or defaced packaging). A product returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not accept returns of products that are specially ordered for you, or made to your specifications. Any return must include the name, address, and account number of the sender, the order number (all visible on the invoice provided), and the reason for the return. Please assist us in helping you.

We do not accept responsibility for returns that do not arrive at the destination. Please keep your proof of postage, as you will need it in case of a claim against your chosen carrier. Delkevic LTD does not accept liability for labor costs for fitting or removing incorrectly supplied (or ordered/supplied incorrectly) products. Please report to Delkevic LTD within 5 days of receipt for any quantity or shipping damage issues. We regret that after this period, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will no longer be in a position to progress your claim.
