Every package requires a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign. We ship to most destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, but there are some exceptions that our carriers do not service.

We never ship to a P. We ship the merchandise within 24 hours of payment. Saturday delivery is sometimes possible, but an additional charge applies. You arrange the return and pay the return shipping costs. The product is returned in a condition that it can be resold as new.

To request a refund, the returned product has not been used and is in its original condition. The product is returned with all its original packaging and in good condition (we reserve the right to apply fees for the replacement of damaged or missing packaging).

A product returned after 14 days from receipt; it may be subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not accept returns of products that are specially ordered for you, or custom-made to your specifications.

Any return must include the sender's name, address, and account number, the order number (all visible on the provided invoice), and the reason for the return. Please assist us in helping you. We do not accept responsibility for returns that do not arrive at the destination. Please keep your proof of postage, as you will need it in case of a claim against your chosen carrier. Delkevic LTD accepts no liability for the cost of labor for installing or uninstalling incorrectly supplied (or ordered) products.

Please report to Delkevic LTD within 5 days of receipt for any quantity issues or transit damage. We regret that, after this period, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will no longer be in a position to process your claim.
