Please note that for any product purchased for use outside the UK, we cannot guarantee and/or advise you regarding its application or compliance with local legislation in the destination country, such as 'E' marking or 'TüV' approval or similar. Please check locally before ordering our product. Every Delkevic product comes with a 12-month warranty. After installation, our product does not require remapping or adjustment. However, we always recommend having a dyno test done after installing replacement parts on your motorcycle.

Goods are shipped only when payment is settled. Every package requires a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that someone is available to sign. We ship to a majority of destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, but there are a few exceptions that our carriers do not serve. We never ship to a P. We ship the goods within 24 hours of payment. Saturday delivery is sometimes possible, but an additional charge applies. Packages are sent via courier, DPD, DHL, or UPS depending on the size and weight of the product.

The product is returned in a condition that it can be resold as new. To request a refund, the returned product has not been used and is in its original condition.

The product is returned with all its original packaging and in good condition (we reserve the right to charge for the replacement of damaged or defaced packaging). A product returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking fee of at least 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We do not accept the return of products that are specially ordered for you or made to your specifications. Any return must indicate the name, address, and account number of the sender, the order number (all visible on the invoice provided), and the reason for the return. Please assist us in helping you.

We do not accept responsibility for returns that do not arrive at the destination. Please keep your proof of shipping, as you will need it in case of a claim against your chosen carrier.

Delkevic LTD does not accept responsibility for labor costs for installation or removal of incorrectly supplied product (or ordered/supplied in error). Please report to Delkevic LTD within 5 days of receipt for any quantity or transit damage issues. We regret that after this period, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will no longer be in a position to progress your claim. Summary of your main rights.
