Merchandise is shipped only when payment is settled. Every package requires a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign.

We ship to a majority of destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia, but there are a few exceptions that our carriers do not serve. We never ship to a P.

We ship merchandise within 24 hours of payment. Saturday delivery is sometimes possible, but an additional charge applies. The package is sent via courier, DPD, DHL, or UPS depending on the product's dimensions and weight. You can return merchandise that is found to be unsuitable for a refund, credit, or exchange, provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt. This is subject to the following conditions. You arrange the return and pay the return shipping costs. The product is returned in a condition that it can be resold as new. To request a refund, the returned product must not have been used and must be in its original condition.

The product is returned with all its original packaging and in good condition (we reserve the right to charge a fee for replacing damaged or defaced packaging).
