An acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium will be immediately communicated to the Client by the Seller, or any other declaration unambiguously expressing the intention to withdraw.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within a period of FOURTEEN (14) days from the receipt, by the Seller, of the Products returned by the Client in accordance with the conditions provided for in this article.
