The amounts paid by the Customer will then be refunded no later than FOURTEEN (15) days following the date of termination of the contract, to the exclusion of any compensation or deduction. In the event of a specific request from the Customer regarding the packaging or transportation conditions of the ordered products, duly accepted in writing by the Seller, the related costs will be subject to a separate additional invoice, on a quote previously accepted in writing by the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for checking the condition of the delivered products. He has a period of SEVEN (7) days from the delivery to make any reservations or claims by postal mail or email for non-compliance or apparent defect of the delivered Products, for example damaged package already opened..., with all the supporting documents (including photos). After this period and failing to comply with these formalities, the Products will be deemed compliant and free from any apparent defect, and no claim can be validly accepted by the Seller.

When delivery is made via a carrier chosen by the Customer directly from the Seller's website, delivery is deemed to have been made upon delivery of the Products ordered by the Seller to the carrier, who accepted them without reservation. The Customer acknowledges that it is the carrier's responsibility to make the delivery and has no recourse against the Seller in the event of non-delivery of the transported goods.

The Seller will refund or replace, as soon as possible and at its own expense, the delivered Products whose non-compliance or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, in accordance with the provisions of articles L 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and those provided for in these General Conditions of Sale (see guarantees, in particular). In accordance with the current legal provisions, the Customer has a period of FOURTEEN (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal with the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay any penalties, for the purpose of exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within FOURTEEN (14) days at least following the notification to the Seller of the Customer's decision to withdraw. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete packaging, accessories, instructions... allowing their resale as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted. An acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium will be immediately communicated to the Customer by the Seller, or any other declaration expressing the clear intention to withdraw. The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within a period of FOURTEEN (14) days from the receipt, by the Seller, of the Products returned by the Customer in accordance with the conditions provided for in this article.
