All items may be returned within a maximum of 7 days, provided they have not been handled and a purchase invoice is presented. After this period, no returns will be accepted.

In accordance with Article 18 of RD 782/98, which develops Law 11/97 on packaging and packaging waste, the proper management of packaging waste is the responsibility of the last holder of the product. To make a return, you must meet the following conditions:

Depending on the condition of the returned product, if it is incomplete, damaged, or the packaging is deteriorated, the refund may be refused.
Of course, if the received product does not match the one ordered or has a defect, the warranty applies.
Once the merchandise has been received at our warehouses and after verification that the conditions mentioned have been met, LA EMPRESA will accept the return and either issue a refund using the original payment method or, if requested, ship a new product.
