We do not offer international shipping to island territories.

If you exercise your right to cancel the purchase, you will be responsible for shipping and return costs.

THE COMPANY provides its customers with a warranty, excluding electronic control units and electronic components, under the conditions specified in the warranty booklets. The minimum warranty period is one year, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 1/2007.

If a fault occurs during the warranty period, you must notify THE COMPANY and return the affected part so that it can be assessed and either replaced or refunded. If the part is found to have no defect, a voucher of equivalent value will be issued for parts available in stock.

The warranty does not cover labor costs, faults or damage caused by the failure of the part, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance procedures.

All items may be returned within a maximum of 7 days, provided they have not been tampered with and a purchase invoice is supplied. No returns will be accepted after this period.

In accordance with Article 18 of Royal Decree 782/98, which implements Law 11/97 on packaging and packaging waste, the final holder of the product is responsible for the proper disposal of packaging waste.

To return a product, you must meet the following conditions:

The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

It must not have been tampered with, and its warranty seals must remain intact.

It must not have been installed on a vehicle.

Do not use the product's original packaging as the shipping container.

Do not attach the shipping label directly to the original packaging, as this will result in our company refusing the return.

A refund may be refused if the returned product is incomplete or damaged, or if its packaging is damaged.

Of course, if the product received does not match the one ordered or is defective, the warranty applies.

Once the goods have been received at our warehouse and we have verified that the conditions above have been met, THE COMPANY will accept the return and either issue a refund using the original payment method or, if requested, send a replacement product.
