If the part has no defect, a store credit of equivalent value will be issued for items in stock.
The warranty does not cover labor, defects or damage caused by part failure, improper installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance.
All items may be returned within a maximum of 7 days, provided they have not been handled and a purchase invoice is presented.
After this period, no returns will be accepted.

In accordance with Article 18 of RD 782/98, which implements Law 11/97 on packaging and packaging waste, proper management of packaging waste is the responsibility of the last holder of the product.

Of course, if the product received does not match the one ordered or has a defect, the warranty applies.

Once the goods are received at our warehouses and after verification that the above conditions have been met, LA EMPRESA will accept the return and either issue a refund using the original payment method or, if requested, send a new product.
