If you exercise your right to cancel the purchase, you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.

THE COMPANY offers its customers a warranty, excluding electronic control units and electronic components, under the terms specified in the warranty documentation. The warranty lasts for a minimum of one year, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

If a fault occurs during the warranty period, you must notify THE COMPANY and return the affected part for assessment, after which it may be replaced or refunded.

If the part is found to have no defects, a voucher of equivalent value will be issued for parts in stock.

The warranty does not cover labour costs, faults or damage caused by the failure of the part, incorrect installation, or failure to carry out the maintenance recommended by the manufacturer.

All items may be returned within a maximum of 7 days, provided they have not been tampered with and proof of purchase is supplied. No returns will be accepted after this period.

In accordance with Article 18 of Royal Decree 782/98, which implements Law 11/97 on packaging and packaging waste, the final holder of the product is responsible for the proper disposal of packaging waste.

To return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

It must not have been tampered with, and its warranty seals must remain intact.

It must not have been installed on a vehicle.

Do not use the product’s packaging as the shipping parcel. Do not attach the shipping label directly to the product’s packaging, as this will result in our company refusing the return.

A refund may be refused depending on the condition of the returned product, including missing parts, damage to the product or damaged packaging.

Of course, if the product received does not match the item ordered or is defective, the warranty applies.

Once the goods have been received at our warehouse and checked to ensure that the above conditions have been met, THE COMPANY will accept the return and either issue a refund using the original payment method or, if requested, send a replacement product.
