Any aspect of the purchase not covered by these terms will be governed by the legislation in force in Spain.

For bulky items such as bonnets, engines, wings or other large parts, please contact us for a shipping quote. International shipping to island territories is not available.

If you exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase, you will be responsible for shipping and return costs.

THE COMPANY provides its customers with a warranty, excluding electronic control units and electronic components, in accordance with the conditions specified in the warranty documents. The minimum warranty period is one year, pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

If a fault occurs during the warranty period, you must notify THE COMPANY and return the affected part for assessment, after which it will either be replaced or refunded. If the part is found not to be faulty, a credit voucher of equivalent value will be issued for parts in stock.

The warranty does not cover labour costs, defects or damage caused by the failure of the part, incorrect installation or failure to follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance.

All items may be returned within a maximum of 7 days, provided they have not been tampered with and the purchase invoice is supplied.

Returns will not be accepted after this period.

Under Article 18 of Royal Decree 782/98, which implements Law 11/97 on packaging and packaging waste, the final holder of the product is responsible for the proper disposal of packaging waste.

To return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
It must not have been tampered with, and its warranty seals must remain intact.

It must not have been installed on a vehicle.
You must not use the product's packaging as the shipping parcel. Do not attach the shipping label directly to the original packaging, as this may result in our company refusing the return.

A refund may be refused depending on the condition of the returned product, including if it is incomplete or damaged, or if its packaging is damaged.

If the product received does not match the item ordered or is defective, the warranty will, of course, apply.

Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse and we have verified that the above conditions have been met, THE COMPANY will accept the return and either issue a refund using the original payment method or, if requested, send a replacement product.
