We carefully check all our products under real conditions to ensure they are fully capable of withstanding the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.
The quality control department will inspect returned products. If the damage results from a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, we are committed to refunding the full cost of the defective product.
If the problem is due to causes independent of the quality of the material or the assembly process, we will return the product as you sent it to us. WE DO NOT REFUND PRODUCTS. If they were not obtained from our website, if they were damaged due to misuse or negligence, or if they were not installed by a qualified mechanic. We reserve the right to request the workshop invoice. If they were damaged due to improper use or the application in the vehicle is not compatible with the product (for example, installing a part of a vehicle that has been installed just because it looks like another part when it was actually a different room).
