The parts are made of genuine carbon, consisting of an outer layer of carbon and two inner layers of fiberglass. We use a high-quality UV-resistant clear coat, providing a flawless shine and finish. The inside of the part is painted matte black. The weave is carefully made to ensure an attractive pattern with excellent coverage.

Moto Vision designs its various carbon parts using steel molds taken from the original fairings. Each product is designed to match the original exactly, to ensure quick and easy installation on the original mounting points.

The parts are available in glossy or matte clear coat, in different weaves.

Twill Carbon
Easily recognizable by its very fine, tight weave, which gives it good impact resistance.

The film is then placed in a mold with thermosetting polymer resin. As it dries, the carbon takes its final shape.

The aesthetic result is highly appreciated for its diagonal line pattern.

Plain Carbon
A more traditional weave, with its classic checkerboard pattern.

This creates a timeless look, perfect for enhancing the vintage feel of a café racer project.
