RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We will replace the product at no additional cost only if the product is defective.
If you personally selected the wrong product for your car or motorcycle, you will have to pay the exchange fee (for Spain, this is 8 euros).
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
At ADRITEC, quality is essential.
We carefully test all our products under real conditions to ensure they are fully capable of withstanding the uses for which they were designed.
It is extremely rare for our products to arrive damaged or defective.
The quality control department will inspect returned products.
If the damage results from a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, we will refund the full cost of the defective product.
If the problem is due to causes unrelated to the quality of the material or the assembly process, we will return the product to you as it was sent to us.
WE DO NOT REFUND PRODUCTS:
If they were not purchased on our website;
If they were damaged by misuse or negligence;
If they were not assembled by a qualified mechanic.
We reserve the right to request the workshop invoice.
If they were damaged by improper use or by installation on a vehicle that is not compatible with the product (for example, installing a part from one vehicle on another just because it looks similar when it is actually a different part).
