If the part has no defect, a credit note of equivalent value will be issued for parts in stock. The warranty does not cover labor, defects, or damage caused by the failure of the part, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance. All items may be returned within a maximum of 7 days, provided they have not been handled and a purchase invoice is presented. After this period, no returns will be accepted. In accordance with Article 18 of RD 782/98, which implements Law 11/97 on packaging and packaging waste, the proper management of packaging waste is the responsibility of the last holder of the product. To make a return, you must meet the following conditions: The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. It must not have been handled and must retain its warranty seals.
