For bulky parts such as hoods, engines, fenders, or other large items, please check the shipping price. No international shipping is made to island territories. Shipping and return costs in case of withdrawal will be your responsibility.
LA EMPRESA offers its customers, except for electronic control units or electronic components, a warranty in accordance with the conditions specified in the warranty books, with a minimum duration of one year, according to Royal Decree-Law 1/2007. If a fault occurs during the warranty period, you must notify LA EMPRESA and deliver the relevant part so it can be evaluated and either replaced or refunded.
If the part has no defect, a voucher of equivalent value will be issued for parts in stock. The warranty does not cover labor, defects or damage caused by the failure of the part, improper installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance. All items may be returned within a maximum of 7 days, provided they have not been handled and a purchase invoice is presented. After this period, no returns will be accepted. In accordance with Article 18 of RD 782/98, which implements Law 11/97 on packaging and packaging waste, the proper management of packaging waste is the responsibility of the last holder of the product.
To make a return, you must meet the following conditions: The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. It must not have been handled and must retain its warranty seals. It must not have been installed on a vehicle. You must not use the product packaging as shipping packaging: do not attach the shipping label directly to the product packaging, otherwise the return may be refused by our company.
Depending on the condition of the returned product, if it is incomplete, damaged, or the packaging is damaged, the refund may be refused. Of course, if the product received does not correspond to the one ordered or has a defect, the warranty applies.
Once the goods are received in our warehouses and after verifying compliance with the conditions mentioned, LA EMPRESA will accept the return and proceed either with a refund using the original payment method or, if requested, with the shipment of a new product.
